MADE TO ORDER FULFILLMENT

All Theodore Luc apparel, graphic tees, and streetwear essentials are individually printed and assembled upon order placement to reduce overproduction and waste.

  • Production & Processing Time: 2 to 5 business days before dispatch.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES (POST-FULFILLMENT)

Once your order leaves our fulfillment facilities, delivery times depend on your destination:

  • North America (US & Canada): 3 – 8 business days

  • United Kingdom & European Union: 3 – 8 business days

  • Rest of the World: 5 – 20 business days

ORDER TRACKING

As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and carrier details so you can follow your order's journey in real time.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

International orders may be subject to local import taxes, VAT, or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are collected at delivery.

  • Atelier Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days for creation, tailoring, and quality inspection.

EXPRESS TRACKED COURIER DELIVERY

To ensure your piece arrives safely and swiftly, all House of Luc orders are shipped using express, fully tracked global courier services directly from London:

  • United Kingdom: 1 – 2 business days

  • North America (US & Canada): 2 – 4 business days

  • Europe: 2 – 4 business days

  • Rest of the World: 3 – 5 business days

SIGNATURE & DISPATCH NOTIFICATION

You will receive an editorial shipping confirmation with a direct live tracking link as soon as your order departs the London studio. High-value outerwear and leather goods may require a signature upon arrival.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES

Shipments originating from our London atelier to destinations outside the UK may incur local import duties, tariffs, or entry fees set by local border authorities. All applicable customs duties are to be cleared by the customer upon arrival in the destination country.
